My work is rooted in embodied assessment and preventive regulation. I do not apply fixed protocols. Each collaboration begins by listening — to the body, to patterns of stress, to the environment in which a person lives and works.
My framework follows a clear sequence:
Assessment → Breath Regulation → Release → Integration → Application
The body is the entry point. Through breathwork, fascia-oriented release and structured nervous system regulation, clients rebuild internal perception and physiological stability. The aim is not symptom suppression, but strengthening the capacity to self-regulate.
This work supports:
• Reduction of chronic tension and pain
• Nervous and hormonal balance
• Emotional stability and stress recovery
• Increased vitality and creative clarity
• Burnout prevention
I do not promise to fix. I create structured conditions for awareness, responsibility and long-term resilience. Whether in mentoring, perinatal care or organizational programs, each intervention is context-specific and professionally grounded. Embodied self-regulation becomes the foundation for sustainable health and performance.

Some aspects of human development are not learned exclusively through books. Experiences of fear, uncertainty, emotional blocks, or the search for deeper connection often require embodied understanding.
I am an integrative health practitioner working at the intersection of embodiment, education and organizational wellbeing. My work bridges traditional knowledge systems with contemporary research in somatics, self-regulation and human development.
With a background in Ayurvedic medicine and perinatal support, I specialize in practices that strengthen the connection between physiology, awareness and relational intelligence. I work with breath, rhythm and structured embodiment techniques to support nervous system regulation, resilience and creative capacity.
Over the past ten years, I have collaborated with individuals, families and professional teams, offering individual mentoring, group workshops and applied wellbeing programs. My approach integrates principles from Ayurveda, Kundalini-based practices and somatic education into frameworks that are accessible, culturally adaptable and professionally grounded.
I am particularly interested in how embodied awareness influences learning processes, leadership presence and postnatal adaptation. My work explores how cyclical intelligence, breathwork and conscious movement can support sustainable performance without burnout.
At the core of my methodology lies a simple premise: sustainable transformation begins in the body. When regulation, vitality and awareness are cultivated at the physiological level, they naturally expand into relationships, systems and culture.

Templo Pequeno Alquimista was founded in Portugal in 2020 as a structured space for embodied education and preventive health.
Since 2023, the project has expanded to Slovakia, adapting its methodology to different cultural and educational contexts.
The platform integrates body awareness, emotional literacy and relational intelligence not as abstract concepts, but as practical capacities cultivated through guided programs and applied learning.
For children, this means movement, storytelling and age-appropriate regulation practices.
For adults, it translates into structured workshops, consultations, kundalini yoga classes and long-term wellbeing programs.
Templo represents the evolution of my work combining lived experience with applied methodology, always grounded in the belief that feeling at home in one’s body is the basis of sustainable health and conscious relationships.
