A space in motion where children and adults learn to regulate, express, and return to coherence through body-based practices.
Pequeno Alquimista is more than a kids corner. It is a conscious childrenâs space created for festivals, retreats, workshops, conscious events, and family gatherings where children also deserve to feel included, seen, safe, and inspired.
While parents immerse themselves in the event with greater presence and ease, children enter a world designed to support their nervous system, creativity, emotional expression, movement, and natural curiosity.
Our approach is inspired by:Â
Everything inside the space is guided with presence, respect, emotional safety, and human connection.
Children move freely through 4 experiential stations designed to support body awareness, creativity, emotional regulation, imagination, and learning through direct experience.
đ§ 1. NEURO BRAIN LAB
đŽ 2. TEMPLE OF ALCHEMY
đ 3. EMOTIONS ARE FRIENDS
đ 4. PLAYGROUND OF PRESENCE
đ§ NEURO BRAIN LAB ( Movement ⢠Coordination ⢠Brain Integration)
A playful movement-based space where children activate both hemispheres of the brain through coordination games, reflex activities, movement challenges, memory games, and creative neuro play. Here, children explore different ways of using the brain and body together while naturally strengthening focus, creativity, coordination, regulation, and body awareness.
Activities may include:Â
Inside Osteo Yoga, children explore how their movement system functions through playful posture, alignment, balance, mobility, and body awareness exercises.
This station supports:Â
đŽÂ TEMPLE OF ALCHEMY (Nature ⢠Science ⢠Creativity ⢠Elemental Play)
A magical experiential zone where children explore nature, elements, colors, herbs, water, textures, sound, and creative experimentation.
Children become little alchemists through sensory science, imagination, rituals, and direct experience.
Activities may include:Â
Potion & herbal elixir makingÂ
This station supports:
đ EMOTIONS ARE FRIENDS ( Emotional Safety ⢠Regulation ⢠Connection)
A gentle and safe space where emotions are welcomed instead of suppressed.
Through stories, communication games, movement, touch, breath, and creative expression, children learn how to recognize feelings, connect with the body, and communicate emotions in healthy ways.
Activities may include:Â
This station supports:Â
đ PLAYGROUND OF PRESENCE ( Free Play ⢠Integration ⢠Imagination)Â
An open integration space where children can move freely, create, imagine, rest, and invent their own games. This is a space for spontaneous play, where children naturally develop leadership, creativity, collaboration, communication, and confidence by creating activities together and teaching others how to play.
Activities may include:Â
In our space, the program is not rigidly fixed.
We follow clear agreements based on safety, respect, and emotional care while still preserving freedom of movement, creativity, expression, and being. Because children also need spaces where they can simply exist, explore, and move in their own rhythm.
đ WHAT DOES THIS SPACE CREATE?
When children feel included, respected, and emotionally supported⌠the entire event breathes differently.
Templo Pequeno Alquimista is a living space born from intuition, embodied experience, and a deep devotion to supporting women through pregnancy, motherhood, and the early years of family life so they can remain connected to themselves while everything around them transforms.
Since 2020, the project has expanded from its roots in Portugal to Slovakia, evolving through every woman, child, and family it has encountered along the way.
Rooted in Vedic wisdom and adapted to the modern world, the Temple weaves together Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra into practices that support body regulation, vitality, and embodied awareness.
Here, women are guided back into trust in their own bodies through breath, movement, and simple practices designed to meet real life - not an idealized version of it.
At the same time, the Temple expands into family life through a traveling childrenâs school that brings presence, creativity, and emotional support into festivals, retreats, and conscious gatherings.
The Temple is the result of years of practice, lived experience, and deep observation of what truly sustains human beings during times of transition.
Its essence is simple:
When women are supported within the body and children have space to express themselves freely, life becomes more coherent, grounded, and alive from pregnancy to motherhood, from family life to inner balance.
Ayurvedic Doula | Tantric Witch
I have always moved through life like wind - fast, light, sometimes wild, sometimes almost invisible. And when the wind softens or disappears, life can feel still, as if something quiet is waiting to move again beneath the surface.
I am drawn to what lives underneath what is visible. To feeling. To the subtle spaces where the body speaks long before the mind can translate it into meaning.
My path has been shaped through Tantra, Yoga, Ayurveda, Montessori education, and doula work, and just as deeply through life itself. Intimacy and heartbreak, love and emotional intensity, travel and silence, and all the invisible inner movements that happen when a human being stops running from their own depth.
Over time, something began to soften in how I see life. Love, ego, emotion, softness, intensity, pain - they no longer appear as opposites, but as waves of the same ocean. Different expressions of one living field moving through the body.
This is where my work naturally grew from.
Not toward fixing. Not toward becoming someone else.
But toward presence.
Toward breath. Toward the body. Toward the nervous system and hormonal rhythms that hold our human experience. Toward spaces where a person can be met with respect, softness, truth, and the simplicity of being seen.
Many people arrive to Tantra searching for expansion, for light, for transcendence. And yet, what often opens something deeper is the willingness to meet what has been left unheld - grief beneath strength, tenderness beneath control, exhaustion beneath holding it all together, longing beneath independence.
This is the space I hold.
A space where emotions are allowed to move without correction. Where the body is not something to discipline, but something to listen to. Where self-love slowly becomes a lived relationship instead of an idea.
My nature is intuitive, emotional, more wind and ether than form. I move in cycles: sometimes very present in the visible world, other times disappearing into inner landscapes for weeks or months, where silence, depth, and creation unfold in their own rhythm.
I am drawn to intimacy, to Japanese art, to meaningful conversation, to travel, to the raw poetry of being alive, and to spaces where identity can soften and something more essential can be felt.
And when someone enters my space, what I truly offer is simple:
To be met. To be felt. To be held in their depth with respect and care.
And to be allowed to arrive exactly as they are without needing to become anything else in order to belong.
