From Self-Regulation to Systemic Wellbeing
Pequeno Alquimista is a space for development and self-regulation that integrates body, mind, emotions, and awareness for sustainable vitality.
I design structured programs that integrate Ayurveda, Tantra, Yoga, and contemporary knowledge of the nervous and hormonal systems.
For individuals, organizations, and educational environments seeking clarity, resilience, and long-term balance.
Sometimes what we need is not more information, but a structured and attentive space to regulate and reflect.
I offer individual consultations, therapeutic bodywork, guided Kundalini-based practices, and educational workshops, all designed to strengthen nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, and emotional stability.
Each process begins with careful dialogue and assessment. From there, we work through body-based practices, breathwork, guided movement, and reflective inquiry.
The focus is not short-term relief, but sustainable physiological and emotional stability.
This work is structured and adaptable, suitable for personal development as well as academic and professional environments.
My work moves in two interconnected areas: preventive regulatory health and women’s long-term sustainability.
In academic and professional environments, I support individuals and teams operating under sustained cognitive and emotional demand strengthening resilience, focus, and burnout prevention.
Alongside this, I work with women navigating hormonal cycles, life transitions, motherhood, and identity shifts supporting embodied awareness and long-term vitality. Regulation is relational. By strengthening the individual, we strengthen the wider system.
These programs are designed to strengthen regulatory capacity in environments exposed to sustained stress and cognitive demand. Rather than addressing symptoms only, the focus lies on prevention, recovery, and long-term physiological balance.
Participants develop:
Programs are designed as tailored formats, adapted to the specific needs of the institution, team, or individual. They may include educational workshops, embodied practices, guided regulation sessions, and structured long-term collaborations.
The goal is measurable stability, not temporary motivation.
This area recognizes that women’s health, hormonal rhythms, and family dynamics directly influence long-term professional and personal sustainability. The work supports women and families in building embodied awareness and physiological stability across different life phases.
Key outcomes include:
Programs are individually tailored and may include consultations, therapeutic bodywork, yoga-based practices, educational workshops, and long-term mentorship formats.
The intention is to create sustainable vitality, not performance pressure.
Our programs are open to individuals, teams, academic environments, and institutions. They are designed to support people at all levels of experience and anyone interested in regulating their physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing.
